Refund policy

Under no circumstances other than those stated above will refunds be issued.

 

The site disclaims all responsibility for deposits made in error, due to confusion, or due to lack of reading, as indicated in the preceding and following paragraphs.

 

Refunds are NOT applicable for any other reason.

 

Any refunds requested for the following reasons will be rejected immediately:

 

• Failure to read and understand our service.

• Confusing our service with a visa.

• Confusing our service with a guaranteed visa.

• Failure to read any terms and conditions.

• Demanding a refund outright due to a lack of awareness that we are a processing service.

• Deposit due to confusion/withdrawal/error/ignorance that you are contracting a processing service.

“Among other causes and reasons that the client might provide”

The only applicable form of refund is stipulated as follows:

The applicant may request a refund only if the process has not been initiated within 15 business days after the date the applicant submitted their Simplified Application.

(Explanation: If you submitted a Simplified Request and 15 days have passed without a response, you can apply for an immediate refund.)

To make the above effective, the applicant must make the request by email to info@visaapply160.com, indicating the date on which they sent their correctly completed form, and must show as proof said email and the date on which they are requesting it, which must coincide with the 15 business days that have passed.

It is important to clarify that to request a refund, no more than 35 days must have passed since the payment was made. No refund will be issued except for the reason described in the previous paragraph, "IMPORTANT." The service can be canceled at the time the applicant requests it via email, making it clear that a cancellation request is not a refund and therefore no money will be returned.
