Your trusted guide to US visas
Terms and conditions
Our Site will allow you to: (a) obtain comprehensive assistance, counseling, and advice to help increase your chances of having your visa approved for the United States of America. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern your use of this Site, and your acceptance of them is a prerequisite for using this Site. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before proceeding.
The service may be provided to any citizen of any country who wishes to apply for a Tourist Visa for the United States, with payment for the assistance and advice service in US dollars per application.
Service process
The first contact is made when the applicant accesses this website. Once there, the applicant chooses the type of procedure they wish to request, such as a B1/B2 renewal, first-time application, work permit, business permit, etc. Next, the applicant will be required to complete some information for the application form, which will indicate whether the procedure can be carried out and schedule the corresponding appointments with the embassy. Finally, the applicant will be informed of the cost for the procedure or procedures they are requesting.
If the applicant decides that they do indeed wish to acquire the service for the cost indicated in the form, they are required to verify the Terms and Conditions of Service box. The next step is to make the payment for this procedure in one of the payment options presented on the website. They are asked to make this payment and to notify (“optional”) to expedite the process.
Once the above has been done, the applicant will receive a link WITH THE EMBASSY'S DIRECT CODE AND ACCESS KEY, PASSWORD to continue filling out Form B1/B2, which they are asked to answer carefully and truthfully, since this questionnaire will be sent to the United States Embassy at the contractor's expense once it has been reviewed by the specialized department as part of the service.
Once they have answered this questionnaire, they will receive ACCESS TO THE CAS (“USERNAME and PASSWORD”) which will allow them to choose the dates to schedule an INTERVIEW. As part of the service, a representative will be assigned to conduct a search for available appointments and suggest the next available one (provided that the applicant pays the cost that the embassy designates for the type of form requested) so that the applicant can attend the corresponding interviews at the embassy.
The service includes a periodic review of our clients' appointments in order to expedite their process; the verifications are carried out on the 17th of each month.
The applicant will receive an appointment update via email. If you agree, simply confirm to the email address provided. This information is personal and should not be shared with anyone.
Please note that the procedure is available from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (GMT-5) Washington D.C., District of Columbia, USA.
Be sure to check the spam folder of the email address you provided on your form. Some spam filters may block automated emails.

The applicant may cancel assistance and support at any time by accessing SERVICE INTERRUPTION and selecting the option to cancel service DS-160. “IMPORTANT” The service can be canceled at the time the applicant requests it via email, making it clear that the cancellation request is not a refund.
